• Perme ICU Rehab Seminars will provide certificate of attendance to all participants who attend all lectures in the course and submit the course evaluation/post-test.

• Partial credits are NOT available.

• AOTA:  Perme ICU Rehab Seminars is an AOTA Approved Provider of professional development. PD activity approval ID# 12107 .This live and distance learning-interactive activity is offered at 1.4 CEUs, Introductory, Foundational Knowledge and OT service delivery. The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.

 License Renewal: General Information                                     

• Different states have different regulations and state requirements for license renewal are constantly changing!

• Perme ICU Rehab Seminars, INC makes every effort to apply for continuing education credits approval when pre-approval is required. 

• Course participants are expected to:

  • Have complete understanding of the requirements in their state! 

  • Take full responsibility to determine if a course meets all requirements/restrictions imposed by their state licensing board.

  • Determine if CEUs are approved for their state/profession.

  • Provide the required documentation for their license renew​.

• To check the current continuing education requirements for your state:

  • The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy,

  • The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)

• The following Physical Therapy State Boards either do not require courses to be pre- approved OR do not require CEUs for license renewal:
