Terms and Conditions:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellation will be accepted until 14 days prior to the first day of the course, minus a $75 processing fee. Please allow four weeks to process refunds.

• Perme ICU Rehab Seminars, Inc. reserves the right to cancel and /or change the date of any course in the event of unpredictable or uncontrollable circumstances, including severe illness; riot; strike; Acts of God, including natural disasters or mishaps en route, or insufficient registered attendance by four weeks prior to the course date.

• In the event of a course cancellation for the aforementioned reasons, the course registration fee will be refunded in full. 

• Any eligible course discounts must be applied at the time of registration and are non-transferable.

• Participants are encouraged not to make any non-refundable travel arrangements including flight, hotel, transfers, until final confirmation that the course will be held. 

• Perme ICU Rehab Seminars, INC is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred by participants if the course is cancelled.

REFUND POLICY:

• To be eligible for a refund, the course registration cancellation must be submitted to info@permeseminars.com 14 days prior to the course.

• There will be NO REFUNDS after 14 days prior to the first day of the course.

• All refunds are subject to a $75 non-refundable processing fee. 

• Please allow four weeks to process refunds.
